All ads will be four-color process. Advertisers should submit a high-resolution PDF file with crop marks (and bleed marks, if necessary) indicated in the PDF. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF and all files must use CMYK high-resolution images. The recommended setting is PDF/X-1a (Acrobat Distiller or InDesign)./p>
Ads may also be submitted as InDesign CS5 files (Macintosh format) with all associated images and fonts included. Please include a composite color printout, PDF or TIFF file with your ad submission to ensure accuracy.

Companies must agree to pay the published advertising fee once the application has been submitted and accepted by AGA. Invoices will be generated and sent to the principal contact via e-mail. Payment is requested within 30 days. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to signing up for future conference activities.
Cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to
notice of cancellation is given on or before June
advertisers will be responsible for 25 percent of the total
ad fee. Companies canceling advertising space on or after June
15, 2012, will
be responsible for the total fee.
Failure to submit the artwork in the required format and/or failure submit artwork prior to the printing deadline, does not alleviate a company’s obligation to pay the advertising cancellation fee.
